Please call us after 10:30 on 01273 508811 for your test results. Results may take up to 7 days to come back.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your Patient Access account
If you need help using the NHS App or accessing Patient Access to view your results, you can get 1:1 support at the practice from our Digital Ambassador Service
Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release or if they are not capable of understanding them.
